Megan Anderson Bohigian is the City of Fresno Poet Laureate. She is a poet and musician whose poems have been published in many journals, including The Comstock Review, Whiskey Island Magazine, Quiet Diamonds, and In the Grove. Her work is anthologized in the collection Shadowed: Unheard Voices, (2014) and she is the author of the collection Sightlines (2013) and Vanishing Point (2018). She holds a BFA from the California Institute of the Arts and an MFA in Creative Writing from California State University, Fresno, and has taught writing and poetry at all levels. She is an active member of both the writing and music communities in the Fresno area.
